About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering organization. This pivotal role will aid in developing existing product engineering, DevOps, and data engineering teams. Additionally, this role will be crucial in establishing new teams focused on machine learning. The ideal candidate will have a track record of high performance in a full-cycle recruiting role with a passion for finding and engaging top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth, early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality and top-notch candidate experience
- Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
- Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies, and initiatives aimed at helping us hire quality talent at scale
- Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
- Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
- Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
- Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Charlie Health's recruiting efforts

The expected base pay for this role will be between $85,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote
