What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor/Writer position at Charlie's Family Of Dealerships?
Charlie's Family of Dealerships is currently seeking a Service Advisor for their Motor Mall Location . The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and a positive and welcoming attitude. Experience as a Service Advisor and with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred. Experience with scheduling service appointments and working in a fast-paced environment is a must. Ability to multi-task and learn new product lines is a must.
Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license. Prior dealership experience preferred but willing to train the right individual.

Education High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of Service Advisor experience preferred. Experience in a customer service/sales related field helpful.
