Job Summary:
Responsible for building and maintaining sales and customer relations with retail deli accounts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for individual accounts sales and gross profits.
- Visit additional deli accounts as assigned.
- Provide Sales and Merchandising support to assigned retail customers.
- Evaluate overall customer satisfaction and report opportunities to Retail Deli Sales Manager.
- Communicate professionally and build effective relationships with customers and fellow employees.
- Assist stores with resets as needed.
- Work with and build strong communication with Retail Sales Team.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned which could include resets, demos, trade shows.
- Maintain monthly calendar of activities, recognizing the needs of our customers which may require some amount of flexibility.
- Maintain store visit reports and other miscellaneous assignments.
Qualifications
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
- A background in merchandising, sales, or retail experience.
- Deli, food production, or restaurant experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using Bossa Nova and Tableau.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, Outlook).
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel 50% of the time.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Clean driving record and proof of insurance.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
