- Proactively build and significantly expand your sales pipeline via direct lead generation and valuable referrals.
- Follow up and WIN leads driven by the office
- Dominate in competitive environments to outperform rivals and clinch top market positions.
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to secure deals and foster customer loyalty.
- Understand client needs to provide customized, valuable insurance solutions.
- Work in sync with our expert team to sharpen marketing approaches and surpass sales goals.
- Develop sales opportunities through customer service
Candidate Profile:
- Solid foundational sales and customer service skills, ideally with experience in insurance sales or related fields.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career within the insurance industry; previous knowledge helpful but not required.
- Proven capability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Active Insurance Licenses
- Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, to better serve our diverse client base.
Compensation:
Salary with a tiered commission structure: earn up to 8% on Property & Casualty premiums
- Competitive bonus structure with Life and Health License.
- Base plus commission & Bonus can make as much as $26 - $36 and more per hour with Multiline sales.
QUALIFICATIONS: Obtain property and casualty license as well as life and health. - Licensing expenses reimbursed after the first 6 months.
