- Serve as the primary point of contact for Court of Dreams events and game day presentations, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of these activations.
- Provide secondary event support for larger events and game day operations, assisting with logistics and on-site execution as needed.
- Support Hornets grassroots events and appearances, assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of community outreach initiatives and team appearances at local events.
- Write event notes that detail the timeline, flow and key elements of live presentations and activations.
- Assist the Senior Manager of Event Presentation with planning, strategy and coordination of large-scale events and activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, game presentation) and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of event logistics.
To perform the job successfully, you will have or demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
- Interest in sports, event management, or live event production.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and executing events.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, live event environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in event management or live production support is a plus, but not required.
