Description
Charlotte Latin School has an exciting opportunity for a new Student Success Program Coordinator. This role supports developing and implementing strategic programming and partnerships to increase student retention rates, especially among those new to independent school settings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Academic Transition and Student Success (ATSS) with division-specific student programming during the academic year.
- Provide thought partnership and support to the Director of ATSS in designing and implementing the Middle and Upper School Bridge program.
- Promote the ATSS department’s work through stakeholder education and engagement programs (e.g., parents, faculty, staff, and alumni).
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students through advisory, seminars, orientation, and other programming that positions them for academic and social success.
- Engage broadly in the co-curricular and extra-curricular life of the school.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, but a master’s is preferred. Three or more years of experience in K-12 education, student support, or student services are preferred.
