As the Medical Director of our AHCA-licensed healthcare clinic at Charlotte Pain Management Center, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care while leading our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include :

Direct Patient Care : Provide comprehensive pain management care, including seeing 20–30 patients per day in a supportive and organized clinic environment.

Procedural Expertise : Conduct procedures on two or more designated procedure days per week, utilizing the latest techniques and equipment to optimize patient outcomes.

Surgical Center Duties : Perform advanced pain management procedures and treatments at a surgery center.

Leadership & Collaboration : Supervise and mentor mid-level providers, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices. Collaborate on treatment plans to deliver tailored and effective solutions for our patients.

Operational Oversight : Oversee the clinic's medical operations as the Medical Director, maintaining compliance with AHCA regulations and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Pain Medication Management :

Proficient in designing and overseeing medication plans tailored to individual patient needs, within state guidelines.

To excel in this role as Medical Director at Charlotte Pain Management Center, candidates must meet the following qualifications :

Educational Requirements : Must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

Specialized Training : Completion of a fellowship in Pain Management or Radiology is required.

Licensure : Must possess or be eligible for a medical license in the state of Florida.

Skills & Expertise : Strong proficiency in pain management treatments, interventional procedures, and collaborative patient care.

Leadership Experience : Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
