Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, located in Maize, KS, is looking for a Tool and Die Set-up with a proven track record to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Repairs/Changes and maintains extrusion tooling, barrel and screw components

• Responsible for the changes of die components for pipe diameter size set up of bellers and saws

• Advanced knowledge of extrusion process

• Mechanical ability to troubleshoot extruders, saws or downstream equipment

• knowledge of wall thickness and pipe diameters

• Poses skills to set up equipment with critical tolerances

• Assist extruder operators with start-ups

• Comply with lockout-tagout and all safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work 12 hour, day or night shift
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Submit to and successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug test
• Computer and mechanical ability preferred
