Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, located in Maize, KS, is looking for a Tool and Die Set-up with a proven track record to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Repairs/Changes and maintains extrusion tooling, barrel and screw components
Responsible for the changes of die components for pipe diameter size set up of bellers and saws
Advanced knowledge of extrusion process
Mechanical ability to troubleshoot extruders, saws or downstream equipment
knowledge of wall thickness and pipe diameters
Poses skills to set up equipment with critical tolerances
Assist extruder operators with start-ups
Comply with lockout-tagout and all safety regulations

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work 12 hour, day or night shift
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Submit to and successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug test
- Computer and mechanical ability preferred
