🟢 Leadership & Team Development

🟢 Client Experience & Community Engagement
• Ensure every client interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
• Lead client service strategies that improve satisfaction, retention, and overall experience.
• Oversee marketing and community outreach initiatives, helping to educate and support local pet owners.
🟢 Financial & Business Management
• Manage hospital finances responsibly, including budgeting, payroll, and expense control.
• Conduct fee analysis and financial reporting to ensure sustainable growth and financial health.
• Work closely with accountants, vendors, and suppliers to maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality of care.
🟢 Compliance & Ethical Standards
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, DEA, AVMA, HIPAA, and state/federal employment laws.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client, patient, and employee interactions.
• Keep hospital policies updated and aligned with the best practices in veterinary medicine.
🟢 Operations & Inventory Management
• Oversee hospital workflow, scheduling, and efficiency, ensuring a seamless patient and client experience.
• Manage inventory control for medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Act as a liaison with vendors, consultants, and business partners to maintain operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2 years of experience in veterinary, healthcare, or business management.
✔ A passion for client experience, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
✔ Proficiency in a cloud based PIMS, QuickBooks, and payroll systems.
✔ Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
✔ CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) certification is a plus but not required.
