Charm Dental – Spring is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our growing team!
No prior lab experience is required — just a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a background in dental care!
Key Responsibilities:
Designing, milling, and finishing crowns and bridges using digital workflows
- 3D printing models, nightguards, retainers, and surgical guides
- Pouring, trimming, and articulating dental models
- Creating custom trays, whitening trays, and temporary restorations
- Maintaining and calibrating lab equipment for optimal performance
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient lab workspace
- Collaborating closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure precision and aesthetics
Who You Are:
A quick learner who is organized, neat, and clean in your work
- Passionate about the dental field and excited to work with modern lab technology
- Either an international dentist or a current/former RDA looking to expand your skills
- No prior lab experience required — we will train the right person
- Detail-oriented, tech-friendly, and committed to excellence
- Full-time or part-time availability
