Purpose Statement :
A Warehouse 1 Associate is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics to create unique stationery, cards, invitations, books, and other such items. Verify the correct quantities of components and quality check completed items, manage parts inventory, prep, pack and pull orders and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products that are functional and beautiful.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for producing a quality product that meets all internal and customer regulations.
Effectively communicates as required with team members and team lead.
Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders.
Ensuring that all products are in compliance with QA standards.
Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for the work performed.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Experience & Qualifications
Required
Ability to speak and read English.
Must be able to use a computer, mouse and SKU Scanner.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, reach above and below the shoulders, squat, bend and kneel as necessary to perform the job.
Must be able to drive fork-lift.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Ability to perform tasks that are repetitive.
Must be able to read instructions from an order invoice.
Experience with shipping approaches (FEDEX & UPS).
Must be deadline oriented and have the ability to prioritize work.
Must be able to work in an environment with a high level of noise.
Must be able to multitask.
Must be able to focus in a high activity environment.
Must be able to tolerate working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to accurately follow specific instructions for multiple detailed assembly processes.
Must be available to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work flexible hours depending on business demands.
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing environment.
Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
Bilingual English - Spanish
Can perform basic mechanical applications.

Critical thinking.
Education
High School Diploma, GED. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
