Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for elevator repair contracts. This role involves working with existing customers to renew service agreements and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, particularly in repair.
Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to renew service agreements
- Identify and qualify new sales leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Estimate, negotiate, and sell service and repair agreements
- CLOSE SALES AND PROCESS ORDERS
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor account receivables and support collection efforts
- Support customer service communication functions including; dispatching, scheduling, and inbound leads
- Support sourcing and purchasing efforts for efficient supply chain management
- Monitor key performance indicators for organizational growth and measure impact of implemented changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the elevator or other service industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
