As an Account Manager your responsibilities will be:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Travel: Engage new and existing customers with in-person meetings, QBR’s, and new product trial coordination.
- Research & Targeting: Conduct market research to find ideal customer profiles (ICP) and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Outbound Sales Activities: Initiate conversations with decision-makers, understand their needs, and introduce our products/services
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track progress, and schedule follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage various communication methods to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline growth to optimize outreach efforts.
A strong Account Manager will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Business, Marketing or relevant degree.
- Experience: 2-5 years in sales, business development, or a related field (Flexible Films/Material Science/Packaging sales experience preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Resilience & Persistence: Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated to achieve prospecting goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage a high volume of outbound activities while staying organized.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Track record of meeting or exceeding prospecting KPIs.
- Collaboration: Ability to work well with teammates and other organization cross functional departments

- Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism
