Schedule/Hours:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; Summer 2025
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Vendor clean up
- Customer clean up
- W9 collection for Green Bay (Vendors)
- Tax Exemption Collection for Green Bay (Customers)
- Electronically file W9/tax exemption into salesforce that have been collected for older customers.
- Potentially – work on closing old open unreceived purchase order lines.
- Vendor and customer statement reviews
OUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate should be a college level Junior or Senior
- Major or concentration in Accounting
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- Willingness to learn, help and work as part of a team
- Solid skills with MS applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and use ERP system(s) , DTR and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- High morale & Integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
