Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and efficient technical support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing solutions in a clear and understandable way.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals (e.g., computers, printers, monitors, etc.).
- Assist with system updates, software installations, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve escalated issues and ensure efficient resolution.
- Document and track all technical support requests in the help desk system.
- Ensure all IT assets are properly inventoried and managed.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including setting up user accounts and devices.
- Provide end-user training on software applications and IT tools as needed.
- Stay up to date on current technology trends and best practices.
