As an Executive Coordinator to the President, you will strategically support the President of CSUSA by effectively organizing priorities, managing projects and timelines, tracking action items, conducting analyses, creating presentations, and acting as a liaison for the President. This position provides support to the President with a high level of initiative, judgment, and discretion. Works collaboratively with other company executives and leaders of the organization, contractors, and external stakeholders.
How You Will Impact Education
Instruction / Education Responsibilities
- Organizes meetings by creating agendas, attending the meetings, crafting action items, and effectively following up on behalf of the President.
- Has detailed understanding on company strategic initiatives and is actively engaged in ensuring initiatives are progressing, issues are identified, and bottlenecks are resolved with initiative owners.
- Gathers, analyzes, and prepares information to support executive decision making.
- Organizes priorities of the President and ensures effective use of time in scheduling activities.
- Writes memos and follows-up communications on behalf of the President to respond to requests and communicate critical information.
- Manages a complex schedule for the President and handles frequent reprioritizations that will often require independent decision making.
- Works independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the President.
- Assists in the maintenance of all files, documents, correspondence, budgets, and other corporate directives as necessary.
- Participates in the training programs offered to increase the individual's skill and proficiency related to the assignments.
- Handles confidential and non-routine information.
- Follows federal and state laws, as well as company policies.
