As a HR Coordinator, you will support the Human Resource Business Partners with administrative duties including coordination of all aspects of recruiting, compliance, reporting, and special projects.
How You Will Impact Education
Instruction / Education Responsibilities
- Assist with Human Resource administrative and recruitment processes.
- Advertise employment opportunities on internal and external job boards, including university job boards and third-party sites.
- Serves as a liaison to develop partnerships between community colleges and universities.
- Register & Attend College Fairs.
- Schedule Hiring Events and Interviews as requested.
- Assist candidates with the application process.
- Screen candidates against job descriptions and update vacancies and applicant status within the recruitment process.
- Assist with processing unemployment claims and hearings.
- Assist with creating and uploading employee files in the Employee Services SharePoint site.
- Collaborates with the Human Resource Business Partners to assess departmental needs and provide support.
- Assists leadership with various research projects and / or special projects.
- Makes photocopies, faxes documents, filing and performs other clerical functions.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels within the organization. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
- Perform and promote all activities in compliance with all Federal and state laws and policies of the company.
