What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Circuitronix, LLC?
Assisting in preparing /validating/reconciling payroll.
Auditing employee files.
Supports performance evaluation process.
Assists in the review and update of safety procedures, SOP, Safety manuals.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Maintains Human Resources Information System records.
Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Prepares new-employee files.
Assists with processing of terminations.
Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Assist with the Fun Committee and employee engagement in creating events.
Reports daily attendance.
Onboarding and Offboarding.
Sending communication to Global teams: Holiday, New Hire, Events, etc.
Assist Human Resources Generalist in recruiting process.
Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
