We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our responsible and steady growth. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with experience overseeing commercial, academic, multi-unit residential, retail, medical, and other similar construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Estimate project costs, review and qualify bid proposals, and develop subcontractor scopes of work.
Draft subcontract agreements and manage the processing of change orders.
Collaborate with accounting on monthly payment requisitions.
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project.
Proactively handle day-to-day project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
Proficiency in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Timberline) project management software.
Strong estimating skills and knowledge of subcontractor scope development.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to problem-solve and lead teams effectively.
Self-motivated, honest, and hardworking with a strong desire to contribute to company success.
