Salary : $90k-$110k
As a Project Manager you'll play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering outstanding results to clients in the multifamily construction sector. You'll have the opportunity to manage multifamily projects that will contribute to communities for decades to come.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the completion of multifamily projects working with all project stakeholders from owners to architects, to subcontractors. If you want a company that will give you the opportunity for career development and continued learning then this is the career for you.
As a project manager you'll have the opportunity to :
- Provide leadership and foster positive project morale.
- Collaborate with the Bid and Estimating teams before construction commences.
- Work closely with the office team and Assistant Project Manager(s) to provide subcontractor information.
- Manage the development of on-site procedures.
- Develop, refine, and oversee the Project Schedule.
- Plan and review the Construction Program, including quality control procedures, safety measures, field office setup, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain effective communication with clients.
- Prepare, communicate, and submit legal documents to relevant authorities, such as building departments and inspectors.
