Create and execute general and crisis communication plansDevelop and write copy for newsletters, events, and programs for use online and offline, including but not limited to press releases, social media posts, budget narratives, and internal and external email communicationsCollaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to develop content for paid, owned ,and earned mediaManage and develop key communications with clients and team leadershipBuild, maintain, and manage relationships with key media and partner organizations for information sharing and co-marketingWork with university communicators to ensure coordinated promotion and facilitate information sharingConceptualize and create opportunities to engage with local and national stakeholders, including key speaking opportunitiesIdentify and propose internal stories to help promote awareness of the Corporation and Administration and Finance to the media and general publicEstablish, maintain, and report on relevant metrics and results for all communication programsOrganize and manage other special events, projects, and programs as neededActively monitor the UH System Dining reputationAdditional duties as assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTS

Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, holds duties related to sales and marketing. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task on a variety of projects simultaneously, accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors. Excellent client skills in presentation and marketing ability.
