Job Description
The Culinary Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities of other food-service employees, creating an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors, and providing quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
Responsibilities include overseeing and participating in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control, as well as helping plan menus and assigning and coordinating work of employees to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
