Base Salary Range: $96,600 - $146,116 USD annually

Salary is determined based on applicable experience and education. External offers typically do not exceed the mid-point of the pay range.

Purpose of Job

Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by managing and overseeing financial healthcare analytics that support leadership as it plans for changes in the environment and ensures sustainability as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads and ensures accountability for FP&A team of analysts, helping to coach and develop skills, build, and maintain cross-functional relationships, manage deliverables, prioritize projects, and overcome obstacles.

• Conducts assessments and gap analyses using knowledge of the managed care environment that includes economic modeling, complex plan design, and data science to identify and evaluate opportunities to maximize revenue and reimbursements.

• Supports tracking applicable industry-specific regulations and trends to serve as the financial healthcare analytics professional to support service lines and key revenue cycle areas.

• Manages analytics support for fee setting, HCC and risk coding, charge capture, billing, collections, and value-based contracts.

• Provides investment support and predictive analysis of cash balances and cash flow requirements.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Seven years’ experience working with healthcare data, report building/interpretation, and analysis required. Experience and a working knowledge of budgeting software and analytic/report writing programs required. Proficiency in Excel required. Experience in value-based reimbursement models required.

Skills: Exceptional written and verbal business communication skills required. Microsoft Office applications experience required. Strong problem solving and customer service skills, as well as commitment to quality required. Ability to self-direct and determine priorities required. Confidentiality, flexibility, accuracy, and thoroughness required. Valid drivers’ license and insurance required. Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment required.
