Primary Purpose of Position
To interact with customers and sales teams concerning orders and shipments in accordance with the Company's objectives.
This role involves devote full time to the business and affairs of Chase Plastic Services, Inc., and use best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Predictable and dependable attendance is required.
- Provide backup support to customer service team members and administrative staff.
- Support operations team with monthly metric reporting and data importation into ISO logs and spreadsheets.
Position Requirements:
- At least two years of customer service experience is required. Industry-related experience is preferred.
- Individual must maintain a high level of integrity in their daily work routine and project a positive and professional image at all times.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher.
