We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our aerosol manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about ensuring compliance with local, state and federal governmental regulations and maintaining the highest ethical standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance activities, monitoring regulatory changes, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations for aerosols
Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and keep up-to-date with changes as they affect the aerosol industry
Communicate compliance requirements to stakeholders and ensure they are adhered to
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
Prepare and file required regulatory reports and submissions
Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters
Coordinate with external auditors and regulators as needed
Assist with the development and maintenance of compliance-related systems and tools
Qualifications
Min. 2 years experience in a regulatory compliance role within the aerosol industry
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards including but not limited to EPA and FDA as applied to the aerosol industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to think critically and analyze complex information
Ability to identify and resolve compliance-related issues
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
