Process Technician

Chase Staffing is currently hiring for a Process Technician in the White, GA area. The Process Technicians are responsible in gathering data from various manufacturing and inspection equipment throughout the manufacturing plant to assist Process Engineers in analyzing possible causes of production defects and continuous process improvements.

***Swing Shift: 6am - 6pm OR 6pm - 6am***

Pay rate: $20 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Process Management

· Monitor production performance on shift-bases.

· Follow standard procedures to remediate any indication of production abnormality.

· Notify Process Engineers in situations where production abnormalities cannot be corrected.

· Ensure all processes are operated in target process parameters and performance.

· Collect and organize process and production data following established guidelines, or per request of Process Engineers.

· Review if current process and production comply with standards.

· Identify production and process standards for latest version of products.

Adjust process parameters when required or instructed by Process Engineers

Required Qualifications

• 1 year experience in an industrial manufacturing position.
• · Basic computer skills of SQL and MS Office to collect data
• Able to work long shifts, including availability to work at nights
• Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that are not climate controlled
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing position in a continuous operation.
