Looking to hire an experienced, self-motivated Call Center Representative with excellent customer service skills.If you are a positive, independent, organized person with great phone skills, this could be the job for you!
Completes data entry, verifies data or information using standard verification processes. Processes documents and conduct manual research using searches, databases or other tools to find missing information required for verification
Performs clerical, administrative, technical, operational, or manual work
Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience
Performs duties according to established procedures
Qualifications
Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy
Duties are clearly defined, and methods and tasks are described in detail
Business Knowledge - Demonstrates an understanding of own assigned tasks and an awareness of how own work impacts others; Demonstrates a basic understanding of work group objectives
Problem Solving and Decision Making - Uses well-defined procedures to perform routine and straightforward tasks, typically escalating all problems to a supervisor or more experienced colleague;
