Call Center Representative

Hiring Immediately - As a call center representative, your role will be to contact potential customers and set up appointments for free estimates. We provide the highest quality products and services in the industry and believe the most important parts of our business are our customers and our team members. We foster an inclusive work environment with everyone on our customer care team.
Schedule:
Mixed- Mon. & Thurs. 9am - 5pm, Tues. & Wed. 12pm - 8pm, Fri. 9am - 1pm and Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Represent Mr. Roof & Remodeling with professionalism and provide unparalleled customer service to all of our current and prospective clients.
- Call prospective and existing clients to set appointments for free estimates.

- Great English
