We are seeking a Customer Service Order Entry to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications :
Process quotations and sales orders, manage purchase orders and confirm ship dates and pricing.
Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Handle inbound phone calls and queries with efficiency and courtesy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
Participate in rotational Saturday shifts as required.
What We Need from You :
Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational Saturdays.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
