What the role is

Our Business Leaders are tasked with building strong relationships with our clients and working diligently to ensure we produce work that meets their needs (and then some). This means diving headfirst into our clients’ businesses, becoming their partners, and collaborating across the entire Chase organization to make sure everyone has what they need to keep projects on track.

As an Associate Account Manager you will be:

  • Support the lead Business Leader (BL) on all client work
  • Be an active participant in project work
  • Support the lead BL on creating detailed project briefs for internal audiences and set clear project objectives that align with clients’ expectations
  • Record, synthesize, and share client feedback with your broader team
  • Plan and facilitate internal and external project engagements in partnership with the lead BL and PM
  • Co-create solutions with your cross-functional project team
  • Clearly articulate, summarize, and document discovery findings
  • Assist in the creation of consultative presentations showcasing our work
  • Work with your manager and broader team to anticipate and resolve problems
  • Actively educate yourself on your client’s businesses and industry dynamics

What it requires

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Social Sciences, Business, or other related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a business environment
  • The ability and willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
