Job – Content Specialist (Events Content Manager)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Content Specialist to support event content strategy across their global events program. This person will drive end-to-end content planning and execution, work with internal and external stakeholders, and support event logistics. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience in tech-focused event content management, strong project management skills, and familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Keynote, Sessionboard, and RainFocus.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute content strategy for strategic and field events.
- Manage the Call for Speakers program from launch through selection and support.
- Align content with cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales, customer marketing, brand, field orgs).
- Identify, recruit, and manage internal/external speakers aligned to event goals and messaging.
- Coordinate all speaker logistics: communications, rehearsals, deliverables, A/V, session rooms.
- Provide VIP-level management of C-level speakers.
- Collaborate to repurpose content post-event across business channels.
- Manage content performance reporting and suggest improvements.
- Support live and digital content delivery, including live streaming.
- Travel to events required (including some weekends).
