ASC Staffing Group is looking to hire Electro Mechanical Assembler for a sheet metal manufacturing company that specializes in fabrication, machine shop, welding, and powder coating services.
SUMMARY
Performs routine and/or semi-repetitive light electronics and electro-mechanical assembly work.
May perform single operations or a limited series of operations such as on a specific mechanism.
Works to specific instructions, blue prints and demonstrated methods and techniques of performance with given supply of materials and parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs a wide range of electro-mechanical assembly operations.
- Ability to work with limited supervisions. Able to use drills, screwdrivers, precision measuring instruments and other hand held tools.
- Follows verbal and written instructions from BOM’s, engineering drawings and work instructions in completing a wide variety of assembly, test and subassembly tasks.
- Performs quality checks, cable routing and dressing to industry standards.
- Able to bench work and on the machine assemble.
- Able to read and assemble from pneumatic/electrical schematics.
EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 year minimum assembly with an overall proven work record.
- Possess good writing, math and communication skills.
- Knowledge of good workmanship practice.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Basic math and able to read manufacturing blueprints.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
·Certificates in soldering , can utilize advance training in Electronics, Computers or shop practices such as machine tools or sheet metal.

Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM (some OT or weekends)
