Key Responsibilities
- Complete the full RN Residency Program comprising both StaRN Training and Clinical Preceptorship phases.
- Attend all scheduled seminars and actively engage in the core curriculum for professional growth.
- Collaborate with a dedicated mentor to integrate seamlessly into the nursing culture and ethos of our organization.
- Prepare and deliver an evidence-based poster presentation during the program.
- Acquire essential Charge Nurse and Preceptor competencies to advance your nursing career.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Previous experience in medical or service industries is highly valued, though not mandatory.
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months.
- No more than 6 months of RN experience, ideally less than 2 months in a hospital setting, with no more than 6 months in home health or nursing home environments.
- Current Florida RN license required prior to the start of the program or appropriate compact licensure, with active Florida RN license necessary within 90 days of hire.
- Candidates demonstrating a passion for patient care will be prioritized.

- Salary Range:
- Med/Surg & PCU: $29.81 per hour
- ICU: $30.94 per hour
- Specialty: $32.79 per hour
- A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered with a two-year commitment.
- Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis for candidates moving from out of state.
