Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a comprehensive training and clinical preceptorship that includes three 12-hour shifts weekly, adhering to the preceptor’s schedule.
- Attend all required professional development seminars and workshops throughout the program.
- Achieve critical nursing certifications, including BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules.
- Collaborate with a mentor to seamlessly integrate into the culture of professional nursing.
- Complete an evidence-based poster presentation and develop skills necessary for Charge Nurse and Preceptor roles.
- Strong communication abilities with an emphasis on self-motivation and teamwork.
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Previous experience in the medical or service industry is preferred but not essential.
- Recent graduates from an accredited nursing school within the past 12 months are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants should have no more than six months of RN experience, ideally less than two months in a hospital setting.
- A current Florida RN license is required prior to the program start, or appropriate compact licensure. For those holding a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

- Competitive salary range starting at:
- Med/Surg & PCU: $29.81/hour
- ICU: $30.94/hour
- Specialty: $32.79/hour
- A sign-on bonus of $10,000, contingent upon a two-year commitment.
- Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis for out-of-state candidates.
