Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager role is a high-impact position that involves leading multi-discipline teams in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater collection, distribution, pumping, and treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Lead and manage multi-discipline teams including consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project execution.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain responsiveness to meet client needs.
- Proposal Development: Assist in writing proposals and estimating project fees to secure new business opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee project planning, organization, and execution to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC processes and meet target metrics to deliver high-quality results.
- Business Development: Participate in marketing, networking, and business development activities to drive growth and revenue.
- Lifelong Learning: Stay updated with industry developments and pursue personal growth opportunities to remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10 years of experience in project management or technical leadership on water/wastewater/conveyance projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in water/wastewater engineering or a related field.
- Licensure: Florida PE license or ability to obtain it within 3 months.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office, as well as experience with master planning, sanitary sewer collection systems, water distribution, and treatment systems.
