Chateau Retirement Communities is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our community. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership—all while fostering a warm, engaging environment for residents and staff alike.

As the Assistant Executive Director, you will:

What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Minimum two years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in an assisted living or similar environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
- Compassion & Commitment: Passion for working with seniors and ensuring their well-being.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
- Additional Requirements: Must pass a DSHS criminal background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
Salary : $78,000 - $83,000
