- Perform various technical, clerical, and routine administrative work.Â
- Use your attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as you prepare correspondence, reports, lists, and other documents.Â
- Interpret and apply departmental or office rules, policies, and regulations in accordance with prescribed procedures and guidelines.Â
- Use your communication and customer service skills as you answer the telephone and receive and greet visitors.Â
- Perform work that requires initiative, independent judgment, and discretion.Â
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED, andÂ
- At least one (1) year of administrative assistant, clerical, or related experience; orÂ
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience. Â Â
- You must be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute. Selected candidates will be required to complete typing and clerical testing during the interview process. Â
- Experience with Excel is highly preferred.Â
