Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and communication with vendors, clients, and contractors.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, documentation, and materials.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain records related to job costs and materials.
- Provide general administrative support to management and field teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
- Previous experience in construction administration (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) (required)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
