Under general supervision, you willÂ
- Perform administrative and quasi-legal work relating to the Court's operation.Â
- Assist the Deputy Court Administrators with both civil and criminal processes.Â
- Maintain evidence records and help the public, court officials, attorneys, and other County employees by telephone, in person, or by writing.Â
- Utilize your communication and customer service skills to perform all duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Â
- High School Diploma or GED, and
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Deputy Court Clerk I or in a similar court-related environment; orÂ
- At least two (2) years of general clerical experience, orÂ
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience.Â
- Must be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute. Selected candidates will take keyboarding and clerical testing as part of the final interview process.Â
