CCSE Middle Assistant Principal SY2025-2026

Currently seeking a dynamic, self-aware, instructional leader to join us as an Assistant Principal in our achievement-focused school.

Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee Teaching License required
• Valid Tennessee Instructional Leadership License (ILL-B/A) or immediate eligibility required
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three years teaching and/or coaching teachers in urban school setting
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Mastery of and enthusiasm for academic subjects, instructional coaching, and data-driven instruction
• Spanish proficiency or fluency preferred
• Experience as a Dean, AP, or equivalent leadership role preferred
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire
