Construction Sales Consultant

Chattanooga Dock Builders is looking for an exceptional Salesperson to join our team!

Chattanooga Dock Builders is a full-service dock construction company building both custom and floating docks, remodeling, and repairs in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas for over the past 10 years.

We are looking for someone who will serve each of our customers by learning about their needs and providing the right solutions. The ideal person we are looking to add is someone who is driven, a team player, motivated to problem-solve, loves serving people and pursuing growth so we continue to be a leader in the dock building industry.

Job Description:

The sales role will involve following up with leads, pursuing relationships, and contacting other organizations to gain repeat business. This role requires self-motivation and drive to exceed goals. Upfront and clear communication with the client is paramount and will be central to the expectations of the sales role.

Salary: Commission-driven position with a base salary (based on experience)
