Chattanooga Tent Company is currently recruiting honest, dependable, enthusiastic candidates with a can‑do attitude for the position of Washroom Attendant. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for helping others, problem solving and setting goals for their own success.

This position will assist with the preparation and restocking of inventory required to install and dismantle items needed for the customer’s event. Events may include weddings, corporate gatherings, sporting events, fairs, festivals, political events or disaster relief situations, and more.

· Responsible for cleaning large pieces of vinyl and using a large commercial washing machine to assure each piece is clean and dry before storage

· Move inventory both physically and with the use of a forklift

· Assist with janitorial and warehouse maintenance both inside and outside of warehouse

· Sort inventory as needed

· Strong attention to detail

· Must be able to move/lift/carry in excess of 50 pounds over significant distances

· Receive, process, stock, and/or distribute materials, goods and equipment

· Safely and properly operate standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks

· Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner

· Independently organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and follow up on assignments

· Establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships with those contacted throughout the course of work
