Daycare Manager

Company Background:
We are excited to launch a brand new daycare center in Eagleville, Pennsylvania, serving families in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Daycare Manager to join our team and assist in setting up and operating our new daycare center. The Manager will play a crucial role in establishing policies, procedures, and high-quality standards, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the daycare.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to establish and implement a strategic plan for the daycare.
• Assist in hiring and training qualified staff members, ensuring they follow the center's philosophy and meet all licensing requirements.
• Develop and implement a curriculum and age-appropriate activities, promoting cognitive, social, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children, adhering to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and families, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
• Manage the administrative aspects of the daycare, including budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and professional development opportunities as needed.
• Oversee enrollment procedures, conduct tours for prospective families, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a daycare management role or a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using daycare management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
