**Requirements:**
- For SLPs: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Missouri.
- For SLPAs: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in the state of Missouri.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
