Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize control systems to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
- Conduct quality inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met.
- Perform quality audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurements and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Implement corrective actions based on analysis of data collected from quality inspections.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on quality control procedures and equipment usage.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, particularly in roles focused on quality control.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and other equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Experience with quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
