ENGINEERING AIDE TRAINEE (SEASONAL) – CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY GOVERNMENT - DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC FACILITIES
The Chautauqua County Department of Public Facilities is looking to fill a Seasonal Full-Time Engineering Aide Trainee position to work out of the Falconer, NY office. This position, is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week for a maximum of four (4) months. Beginning wage is $19.21/hour. This position is seasonal and not entitled to benefits. However, candidate may be eligible to sign up for the Chautauqua County’s Retirement Savings Program at time of appointment.
An Engineering Aide Trainee will be responsible for performing elementary sub-professional engineering work in field surveys and office environments.
This position will be filled from approved applications received.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires successful completion of 30 semester credit hours from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with course work related to mathematics, engineering, graphic design, architecture or computer science.
