Beautiful Waterfront Hotel and Event Center has immediate openings for Evening Turndown Service/Housekeeping. Must have evening and weekend availability.
We are looking for Evening Turndown Attendants to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Turndown performs all of the functions of a Room Attendant as needed, in addition to ensuring the guestroom is clean, attractive and welcoming upon guests’ arrival back to their room. You will address guest queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting offering a pleasant stay and experience.

Responsibilities
- Turndown the bed, change linens if needed, fluff and distribute pillows, placing our
signature chocolate novelty on the duvet
- Replenish amenities, add extra towels
- Push and pull vacuum and /or swifter throughout entire room and empty trash
- Clean public areas, like corridors
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Follow hotel security guidelines
- Perform all functions of a Room Attendant when necessary
Skills
- Work experience as a Room Attendant.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Good physical health and stamina
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
