Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Partners at a Real Estate Law Firm
Reports to: Managing Partners
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Partners at our law firm. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate who is a self-starter, has a positive attitude, and excels in organization and communication. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day workflow of the partners, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the managing partners' calendars. Ensure timely reminders and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the managing partners and internal staff, clients, and external contacts. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in AI preferred ( EX: Chat GPT, Grammerly, Mixo)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in an office environment (internships or part-time work) is a plus but not required.
