As an Electric Pallet Jack Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for operating electric pallet jacks, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate electric pallet jacks to move and transport materials and products within the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using the electric pallet jack.
- Ensure that all products are moved to the correct locations and are properly stacked and organized.
- Conduct regular inspections of the electric pallet jack and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and efficiency goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or warehouse manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating electric pallet jacks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 Per Hour
