Position Summary
Fast-paced Packing position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and sliding of packages that typically weigh more than 25 lbs. and as much as 70 lbs operating the pallet jack.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Ability to take direction under direct supervision
Must be open to being trained to run electric pallet jack and learning mushroom operations.
Job Description :
Role and Responsibilities
Daily Line Operations
Stage and pull pallets for the production line using ride-on or walking pallet jacks
Inventory fresh product every morning
Transport pallets from cooler to production floor to be used in packing line
Scan product for Vista Trac
Input fresh pallets use
Transport finished pallets from packing production line into cooler
Other general responsibilities
Up-keep / maintain organization in the cooler
Provide a physical inventory count of the fresh cooler to management (pre-startup)
Unloading / loading trucks on dock
Preferred Skills
Pallet Jack Certification but not required
